As we have been working on, the team is not only reliable for their own job. No one is meant to show up just to put in their 8 hours and leave. Especially if part of that 8 hours is spent with their mind in another place, such as their personal life. A huge thing the shop has been implementing is behavior change. Behavior change is extremely important in this stage of the four disciplines of execution. Each department is in the process of bettering themselves in one way or another.
As an example, my behavior change I am implementing is schedule. Being on time to the minute and consistency.
