When you’re alone at night, do you ever think about Screen Printing San Diego?     I know that is all I think about…no matter if I am in the shower or preparing dinner for my family.  Screen Printing, embroidery, lighters, pens, oil change stickers, tote bags…if you can relate anything with promotional power for the real world breakout creative is capable of bringing it to life. Please take some time today to check out our website www.breakout.co/seereviews, and give us a call at 858-513-1799!

We are Promotional power for the real world.  If you have events, free give away, etc.  If you are a huge company or if you are a small company.  Promotion is a huge part of marketing.  Without marketing and cyber awareness a company will always fall belly up.  At breakout creative there are so many things consistently in the works from t-shirts to banners.  I am Craig, the automatic press operator in the screen printing department here at Breakout Creative.

Fridays are always good days.  Everyone is hyped for the weekend so endorphins are flowing and production is rocking.  When the team gets comfortable though it is always smart to make sure you keep your game tight because comfortability creates a larger margin of error.  Is the team getting comfortable with their current status?  I am not sure but things that normally should not slip through the cracks have been a cause for concern lately.

Separations continue to be wrong.  Why is this?  In my opinion it is due to comfortability.  Once we started recording all separation issues on the Smart Chart (which as the 4 disciplines of execution state is very important; a scoreboard) things got better.  It was a short run and is defiantly something that needs to be nipped in the butt ASAP.  We ran into some speedbumps and because of the Brewer issues (retarded miscount) the previous day we did not hit our number.

When one department slips up it costs the entire team to fall short of what they are capable of.  Brewer should not have rolled over into Friday and because it did production suffered.  The problem was addressed; did it sink in?  I don’t know since miscounts have happened since I started.  We fixed the issue and the customer was happy that they typed in their computer “Screen Printing San Diego” and checked out our website www.breakout.co/seereviews, and give us a call at 858-513-1799!
